1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website nicespicegroup.com and any take-away orders you place with us. The website is operated by, and orders are fulfilled by, Nice Spice Limited (Companies House #17160997), 30 Market Parade, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1QF, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this website

We work hard to keep the menu, prices and opening hours up to date. However, we may need to change items, prices or hours from time to time without prior notice. If you have placed an order, the price confirmed at the point of order is the price that applies.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not intended as nutritional, medical or dietary advice.

3. Orders

• Orders are taken in person and by phone, for collection from our shop.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it verbally and provide a collection time.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, for example if a dish is sold out, if the kitchen is at capacity, or if we cannot safely meet a stated allergy requirement.
• You are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. We will hold an order at appropriate temperature for up to 30 minutes after the agreed time; after that we may dispose of it for food-safety reasons and the order remains payable.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken at the counter on collection.
• We accept cash and contactless / chip-and-PIN card payments. We do not store card details.

5. Allergens, intolerances and dietary requirements

Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance when you place the order. The allergens page sets out which of the 14 regulated UK allergens are deliberately used in each dish, but our kitchen handles all of them and cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, please discuss it with us before ordering so we can advise honestly.

6. Refunds and complaints

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection. We will ask for a brief description and, where possible, a photograph. Where the issue is our fault we will offer a like-for-like replacement, store credit or a refund — your choice.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to use the website to: send malicious or harassing messages via the contact form; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; introduce viruses or other harmful code; scrape large volumes of content for commercial use; or breach any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, layout and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Nice Spice Limited unless otherwise stated. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not reproduce material commercially without our written permission.

9. Links to external sites

Where we link to external sites (for example Companies House or mapping services), we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations).

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from a single order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
