Nice Spice Limited is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML5 with a clear heading structure on every page.
• A "skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on each page.
• All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible with visible focus styles.
• Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements.
• Text resizes cleanly up to 200% without loss of content or function.
• The site works in portrait and landscape orientation, on screens from 320 px wide upward.
• Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
• No content depends on JavaScript to be readable; JavaScript adds enhancements only.
• No auto-playing audio or video, no auto-rotating carousels, no flashing content.
• External links are signalled in context and open in the same tab unless you choose otherwise.

Known limitations

We are not aware of significant accessibility issues at the time of writing. If you find one, please tell us (see below).

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with the latest two versions of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and with common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). It does not require any browser plug-in or third-party software.

How to report a problem

If something on this website is not accessible to you, or you need information in a different format (for example a printed menu in larger type), please contact us via the contact form with the subject "Accessibility". We will reply within two working days and aim to resolve the issue within 14 days.
