How to order
Once we are open, the process is straightforward. We are a small kitchen, so taking orders by phone (and in person at the counter) lets us cook each dish to order and confirm any allergen requirements directly with you.
1. Choose your dishes
Have a look at our full menu. If you are ordering for a group, allow a little extra time at peak periods (Friday and Saturday evenings).
2. Phone us to place the order
Call our shop during opening hours. We will read the order back to you, give you a collection time and total, and ask about any allergies.
3. Collect from the shop
Pick up at 30 Market Parade, Havant, PO9 1QF at your confirmed collection time. Pay at the counter when you collect.

Hours may be extended during local events. Confirmed hours will be posted in store and on the find us page.
Payment
We accept cash and contactless / chip-and-PIN card payments at the counter (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not store card details.
Delivery
At opening we are collection only. We may add a small local delivery zone later — any update will be posted on this page first. We do not currently partner with third-party delivery apps; if that changes we will say so clearly here, including any price differences.
Group and event orders
For orders over £100 (typically 8+ people) please give us at least 24 hours' notice via the contact form so we can prepare without slowing down the regular service.
Allergies
Please tell us about any allergies when you place the order, not at collection — this lets the kitchen take extra care during preparation. Our full allergen matrix shows which of the 14 UK regulated allergens each dish contains.
Refunds & complaints
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection. We will work with you to put it right — see our terms of service for the full policy.
